2. Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification must include your contact information, a description of the removed content and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
3. Repeat Infringers
PIXPNG.COM may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
